ReflexologyReflexology is a complementary therapy that can be used to help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.
Reflexology works mainly on the feet to help the whole person, not just the prevailing symptoms. It has been shown to be effective for: back pain, migraine, fertility, arthritis, sleep disorders, sports injuries and hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders and stress related conditions. Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexology is suitable for all ages and it helps us to cope on a physical, mental and emotional level. BEREAVEMENT - DEEP CLEANSING PROCESS By combining the three methods explained above, tailoring it to the client, emotions and old memories stored in our physical body (cells and tissues), during the grieving process, can help to be released. |

The Feldenkrais MethodMoshe Feldenkrais, DSc, a distinguished scientist and engineer, achieved his greatest success in the relationship between bodily movement and our ways of thinking, feeling and learning.
After a knee injury, he applied his extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, psychology and engineering, as well as his mastery of martial arts to make a full recovery. He realised the vital importance of working with the whole body and indeed the whole self, in order to achieve lasting radical change. He developed classes for groups, called ''Awareness Through Movement'', where the teacher talks one through a sequence of movements. Additionally he also developed individual lessons called ''Functional Integration'', where the teacher guides one towards new ways of moving and organising oneself. |
